and today got training
i shall just say my pft results
sit and reach: 48cm
pull-up: 9 times :D
standing board jump: 227cm
sit-up: 51
shuttle run: 9.3sec
so overall, i got GOLD!
WOOHOOO
so happy
than today training
was very tough
but afterall
no pain no gain!
so i hope next year we can go into the south zone finals
